Richard A. Selinger graduated from New York University in 1982 and Western New England College School of Law, Magna Cum Laude (with high honors), in 1996.  “I concentrate my practice primarily in the area of criminal defense, and am licensed to practice law in all Florida State Courts and in the U.S. District Court of the Middle District of Florida.  I have handled thousands of criminal cases since 1997 and tried 26 jury trials in county court, circuit court and repeat offender court (ROC court).”
W. Charles Fletcher was born in Jacksonville, Florida in 1967.  “I graduated from the University of Florida in 1993 and received my law degree, Cum Laude, (with honors) from Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama in 1997.  I concentrate my practice primarily in the area of criminal defense, and am licensed to practice law in all Florida State Courts and in the U.S. District Court of the Middle District of Florida.  I have handled thousands of criminal cases since 1997 and tried 51 jury trials in county court, circuit court and repeat offender court (ROC court).”
David A. Taylor was born and has lived his entire life on the west side of Jacksonville.  “While working for my father’s air conditioning business I attended the University of Florida and graduated in 1994.  After graduating from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, I returned home to Jacksonville and have consistently concentrated my practice in the area of criminal defense.  I am licensed to practice law in all Florida State Courts and in the U.S. District Court of the Middle District of Florida.  I have handled thousands of criminal cases since 1997 and tried more than 50 jury trials in county court, circuit court and repeat offender court (ROC court).”
Jennifer A. Bowens was born in Charlotte, North Carolina, and graduated from Michigan State University in 1993. “I received my law degree, Order of the Curia, from Capital University Law School (Columbus, Ohio) in 1996, and was admitted into the Ohio Bar the same year.  I am licensed to practice law in all Florida State Courts, the U.S. District Court of the Middle District of Florida, and the Supreme Court of the United States.  I dedicate my practice in litigating family law, personal injury, and contract cases, while I have also handled thousands of criminal cases.”
Randall K. Erler is originally from Elmhurst, Illinois.  He received his B.A. at the University of Illinois in 1979 and his law degree from DePaul University in 1982.  Following his admission to the Illinois bar in 1982, he worked as an Assistant Attorney General in Illinois from 1982 through 1989.  He was admitted to the Florida bar in 1998 and is a a member of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Jacksonville Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, DuPage County Bar Association, and the Cook County Bar Association.  He practices in the areas of Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, Condemnation, Criminal Law, Personal Injury Protection Litigation, and Family Law.

Jennifer Katz Espenship graduated with honors from the University of Florida in 1994 with a B.A. in Criminal Justice and received her law degree from the Shepard Broad School of Law at Nova South Eastern University in 1997.  Following her admission to the Florida bar in 1997, she became an Assistant State Attorney in Broward County and was promoted to Supervisor of County Court before she left in 1999.  From 2000 through 2005 she worked as an Assistant State Attorney in Duval County.  During that time she worked very closely with the prosecutors at the State Attorney’s Office in Duval County as well as the Judges on the criminal bench and prosecuted thousands of criminal cases in the misdemeanor division, the juvenile division, the felony division and the sex crimes division.
